Meet Kaylin, the Palsy Power Chick
I’m Kaylin Devealt, a professional keynote speaker and passionate disability advocate. I’m committed to help organizations reduce turnover and attract diverse talent. I can help organizations gain a competitive market advantage by bridging gaps in accessibility.
The mission behind Palsy Power Chick Innovations
As a teenager, I struggled to connect and form friendships with my peers because of my disability. With the support of my high school teacher, I found the courage to use my voice to promote acceptance and inclusion, so that everyone feels valued. Being vulnerable builds powerful human connections.
Living with Cerebral Palsy, I have experienced accessibility barriers. These experiences have shaped my career and fueled my passion for advocacy. With a background in social work, I am dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and driving systemic change. My mission is to apply my lived experience to create sustainable practices that promote disability awareness, inclusion, and accessibility for long term progress.
