Hey! It’s the Palsy Power Chick

I am the speaker that walks in the room with my majestic purple Cadillac (also known as my walker), my ever-changing bright colored hair, and my contagious smile. I speak with intention, boldness and vulnerability. I believe vulnerability builds connection—and it is connection that fosters inclusive environments where everyone is valued and given opportunities to thrive.

Presentations

I provide small-group presentations to companies, organizations and/or higher education institutions. You can expect high energy and engaging, thought-provoking content. I refuse to lecture... that's boring, right? Instead, my presentations incorporate evidence-based data and real life scenarios to enhance the learning experience. Keynotes

I provide keynotes for specialized or themed events and conferences. I speak on organizational culture, disability inclusion and overcoming adversity. I apply innovative frameworks and personal storytelling as an anchor to my messages. My goal is to create impact, inspire action, and create sustainable progress.

Consulting

I mentor organizations, workplaces, and higher education institutions to improve accessibility and Implement more inclusive practices. Including knowledge and understanding of different types of accommodations as well as disability awareness training in the workplace. I’m also open to participating in marketing and social media campaigns showcasing empowerment through disability representation.
